AGENCY is a private, invitation-only platform operated by HRDRV Incorporated. Access is granted at HRDRV's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

By using AGENCY, you agree to upload only content you own or control the rights to. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog metadata and for any submissions you make to licensing opportunities.

Your account is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. Abuse of the platform, including misrepresenting ownership of works, results in immediate termination of access.

HRDRV may modify these terms or the service itself at any time. Continued use of AGENCY constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We collect only the information needed to operate your account: your name, email address, and the content and metadata you upload.

Your catalog and activity data are used to provide the service — organizing your works, processing sync submissions, and enabling collaboration with your HRDRV team. We do not sell your personal data.

Your uploaded works are shared only with HRDRV staff and, when you submit them, with the licensing parties associated with a given opportunity.

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting your HRDRV representative.

AGENCY is provided by HRDRV as part of a select membership. Membership benefits, including distribution and sync representation, are governed by your HRDRV membership agreement.

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Sync placements and licensing outcomes depend on third parties and are not guaranteed.

HRDRV retains the right to review all content submitted through the platform and to decline any submission that violates these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HRDRV is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
